King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief chief reviews health services for Rohingya refugees at Coxs Bazar

JEDDAH: Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeeah, the supervisor-general of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center reviewed on Thursday the services being provided by the hospital in Sadar District for Rohingya refugees at Coxs Bazar.

Al-Rabeeah visited the hospitals rooms and the Pathology Department and reviewed the hospitals needs and shortages of medical supplies, medicines, and other equipment, and spoke to a number of patients and beneficiaries of the services.

Al-Rabeeah also inspected the warehouses project financed by the center to assist Rohingya refugees in cooperation with International Organization for Migration, in Nella village, Teknaf Nell.

On Wednesday, the KSRelief team also visited the Republic of Mauritius to assess the damage and humanitarian needs caused by the recent floods in the country.

The team held several meetings with the minister of finance, and officials of Ministry of Social Development, Land Reclamation Agency and Emergency and Risk Center of the Republic of Mauritius and inspected affected areas to assess the needs for proposed aid projects.
