Theres been a bit of a shake up at BBC Radio 1.

Nick Grimshaw currently presents the breakfast show daily, however, from spring hes no longer presenting the show on a Friday.

Coupled with that, Greg James will no longer be feeding us our weekly chart rundown on the same day.

Were not sure how we feel about this. Change is a frightening thing.

The station announced that from June Nick will be replaced on a Friday by Dev and Alice Levine, while Gregs show will be taken over by Scott Mills and Maya Jama.

Its part of the stations new three day weekend, kicking off with Dev and Alice, and seeing Maya Jama host her greatest hits show Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Mollie dipped her thumb in the radio presenting pool by becoming a celebrity guest-host with Matt Edmondson earlier this year.

A source told The Sun: A four day week has been introduced for presenters including Nick and Greg.

Mollie and Maya joined the Radio 1 family this year and impressed bosses with their contribution and are now joining the line-up on a permanent basis.

Scott has managed to avoid having his hours cut and will still present five days a week.

The stars are said to be keeping the same pay packets until their contract renewals.

Responding to the news, Nick joked he wouldnt know what to do with his day off.

So from June @dev_101 & @Alicelevine are on brekkie on Fridays. Guess Ill just call Fiona and Tina to chat about Crocs and Drake then, he wrote.

He added: Fridays off is V Chris Evans.

Greg also addressed the exciting changes in tweets, and joked that the Queen has approved the three day weekend change.

By the way, @BBCR1 forgot to add in the press release that the new schedule also means the entire country now gets a 3 day weekend. We ran it by the Queen and shes actually a big @MayaJama fan so shes well happy with the changes
