The Year 9-12 Margaret River boys hockey team played Wests in their season opening game on Friday night. Unfortunately they came away without the win, going down 6-0.

The club and team welcomes new players Lachlan Reid and Oscar Creagh who both played their first ever game of hockey; and Henry Gorta and Rhys Gibbs who have come up from the Year 6-8 grade.

Goal Keeper Conor Callow had an outstanding night in the net and was awarded the Priceline Player of the Week award.
