Wanna One, BTS, Big Bang top April brand rankings for K-pop boybands


Wanna One, BTS and Big Bang grabbed the first three places in the April brand reputation index for K-pop boybands.
According to the Korea Corporate Research Institute, 81.43 million pieces of big data were analysed from 6 March to 7 April based on media coverage, communication, participation and community indices were measured.
For the second straight month, rookie boyband Wanna One grabbed first place with a total score of 11.14m, although it was down by 4.28% compared to their March total of 11.64m.
BTS maintained their second place rank with a score of 9.8m from 10.99m last month.

Big Bang bagged third place with a score of 4.97m, rising from sixth place while EXO ranked fourth with 4.96m and iKON grabbed fifth place with 3.96m.
Red Velvet earlier topped the rankings for girl groups.
