Shoplifter dad who left son, 2, to die on road after car crash guilty of murder
A shoplifter who left his two year-old son to die when he crashed his car after stealing a set of speakers has been convicted of his murder.
Christopher Kuhn, 28 was found guilty of killing Qadan Wednesday, after running a red light while fleeing Walmart and crashing his gold Jeep in to two other cars last October.

The impact flipped the car and sent his son flying through the car window and onto the road, with Christian stepping over Qadans body in his efforts to flee the scene.
He did not buckle the little boy into his seat after leaving Walmart with a pilfered $228 Vizio sound bar – but did find the time to cover his licence plate with a sweater.

And instead of trying to help his child, or wait until an ambulance arrived, Kuhn fled the scene.
He was captured by police shortly afterwards.
The little boys mother Kenzy Trievel told of her relief at Kuhns conviction yesterday, writing: God is good chris got charged with all 10 charges for killing my baby, justice is serve thank you god and all who helped, ill fight till the end for Qadan.
In a later post, she wrote: Thank you to everyone who had time in this case for my son, i couldnt be happier about the verdict
i miss you so much Qadan and i love you with all my heart, and i hope you keep smilimg baby boy, rest in paradise
After Qadans death, Kuhn sobbed and convulsed so much during his first court appearance that a judge had to halt court proceedings.
Family members insisted he was remorseful over Qadans death, with one claiming the accident had left him in his own private hell.
He will be sentenced at a later date
