A McDonalds worker has been charged with incest after giving birth to her brothers baby.
The child was born with severe medical problems, with its mom later confessing to cops that she has been having sex with her brother for five years.

The woman, of Groveland, Fla., even moved to Florida three years ago to be with her boyfriend.
According to a police report seen by the Orlando Sentinel, the woman said theyd had a romantic sexual relationship.
The file added: She said she was going to end her relationship with her brother because she knows it is wrong.
The mom, who has not been identified, gave birth to the baby last November, with neither parents filling out Medicaid paperwork or obtaining a birth certificate.

Her child was so ill that it was transferred to the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, where medics were better able to care for its needs.
Genetic testing by officials later revealed that the babys parents were close relatives.
That sparked a Department of Children and Families probe, which saw investigators meet with the couple last month to demand they fill in paperwork.
During that chat, the woman said theyd last slept together in mid-March – eight months before she gave birth to their child.
After being charged she was sent to Lake County Jail, and has subsequently been released on a $3,000 bond.
Her brother has fled cops, who are still trying to find him.
