Coronation Street spoilers: Killer Phelan loses it after making a shocking discovery about Nicola
Dastardly Pat Phelan has been rocked to the core by the discovery that his daughter Nicola Rubinstein has been secretly making plans to bring him down with Gary Windass in Coronation Street – and he has made the decision to cut her out of his life for good.
After spotting Seb Franklin in her flat, Phelan pieced everything together and when he spoke to Nicola in the hospital, he was emotional as he confronted her over why she had done this. He begged with her to tell him that he had it wrong but it was clear that Nicola still believed him to be guilty of murder.
Telling her that he never wants to see her again, he urged Nicola to look after the baby because he won’t be around to help. When he then went home, he told Eileen that she was the only one he could now trust and she vowed to be there for her.
Angry and hurt, an on edge Phelan snarled that Nicola, Gary and Seb could all go to hell – but will he follow this up with some action to silence them for good? Or will he try and move past his previous actions and crimes?
Whatever happens, his downfall is imminent as Phelan faces a fight to get rid of Andy and Vinny’s bodies when the lake at the mill site is drained. Meanwhile, pictures have been released that hint at a final showdown when Eileen finally discovers his true colours.
