Hillary Clinton joined a slew of music industry figures to narrate the best-selling book 'Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House' at the 60th annual Grammy awards.
Grammys host James Corden introduced a skit on Sunday to showcase fake auditions he held with various celebrities to see who'd narrate Michael Wolff's book for a potential nomination in next year's Best Spoken Word Album category.
'He had a longtime fear of being poisoned – one reason why he liked to eat at McDonald's. No one knew he was coming and the food was safely pre-made,' Clinton read in a surprise appearance at the awards show.
Other guests during the segment included John Legend, Cardi B, Snoop Dogg and Cher reading excerpts of the book skewering the President Donald Trump.

Following her reading, Corden entered the scene, exclaiming, 'That's it – that's the one!'
'You think so?' Clinton, the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, replied with a smile. 'The Grammy's in the bag?' she said.
Rapper Snoop Dogg donned glasses as he offered his interpretation of another portion of the book, saying, 'Trump did not enjoy his own inauguration. He started to get angry and hurt that stars were determined to embarrass him.'
The 'Gin and Juice' rapper paused before saying to the camera and said, 'I definitely wasn't there.'
Cardi B then read another passage from the New York Times best-seller: 'If Trump is not having his 6:30 dinner with Steve Bannon then more to his liking he was in bed with a cheeseburger.'

The outspoken 'Bodak Yellow' rapper then added: 'Why am I even reading this s**t? I can't believe this. This is how he lives his life?'
Trump has called the controversial tell-all about the his administration 'fiction' and its author, Michael Wolff, a 'fraud'.
He has yet to tweet about the Grammy Awards.
Not everyone was a fan of the sketch however. Son and attack dog Donald Trump Jr tweeted on Sunday that he was not entertained.
'Getting to read a #fakenews book excerpt at the Grammys seems like a great consolation prize for losing the presidency. #GrammyAwards,' he wrote.
He then added: 'The more Hillary goes on television the more the American people realize how awesome it is to have @realDonaldTrump in office #GrammyAwards2018.'
