Beyonce and Jay-Z stepped out to remind us exactly why they are music royalty

A couple that slays together, stays together.

The married couple, especially Beyonce, came for all of our hair cuticles as they posed at the Roc Nation pre-grammy party in New York last night.

As other celebs headed out to various shindigs ahead of the music ceremony on Sunday night, Mr. and Mrs. Carter went for gold.

The Beyhive, who may well have been suffering from withdrawal symptoms as the singer she hasn’t posted a photo since last year, erupted in praise as the pair breathed some life on Bey’s Instagram page.

One fan commented: ‘SHE DIDN’T HAVE TO STUNT LIKE THIS’ in reference to Bey’s strappy silver stiletto heels, shades, slick ponytail and a black dress.

Jigga, whether he tried or not, allowed his wife to take the spotlight in a three-piece suit and a wide-brimmed hat.

The pair stepped out after Jay’s episode with Van Jones on CNN aired, where he opened up about the couple’s ups and downs, including his infidelities.

Gearing up for their 10-year anniversary this year, the rapper revealed what it was like to go through their marriage troubles, but come out stronger.

Jones asked: ‘What is about this marriage that’s so special that you would fight this hard to save it?’

‘That’s my soul mate. It’s the person I love,’ the 48-year-old said. ‘If you haven’t experienced love or don’t understand it or you don’t have the tools to move forward then you are going to have complications. Period.’

‘You can either address it or you pretend until it blows up at some point,’ said Jay-Z. ‘For us, we chose to fight for our love, for our family to give our kids a different outcome—to break that cycle for black men and women.’

‘The best apology is changed behavior,’ the businessman, whose wife documented her pain in the critically acclaimed Lemonade album, said.

‘You have to get on the floor, get on the mattress. You have to work through it. really be honest,’ he said.

‘It takes a while. It’s hard. it’s difficult to hear, difficult to stay, difficult to listen to that kind of pain—but you have to be strong enough.’

Jay-Z is nominated for eight categories at tonight’s Grammys, including the most coveted ones – album, song, and record of the year.

Impressively the rapper has tied with legend Steve Wonder to become the third most-nominated artist in Grammys history giving him a total of 74 nominations and 21 wins.
