Real Madrid plan to smash the transfer record with a £200million move for Eden Hazard – before also signing David de Gea and Harry Kane.

The Daily Mail say Real are plotting an incredible £500m summer raid on the Premier League‘s biggest stars, with Mauricio Pochettino in line to replace Zinedine Zidane at the end of the season.

After 20 games of the current La Liga campaign, Real have dropped 19 points off leaders Barcelona and Zidane admitted his job is in danger after their Copa del Rey exit.

In a bid to revitalise the club next summer, it is claimed Hazard, De Gea and Kane will all be the subject of stunning offers.

Chelsea superstar Hazard, 27, has been repeatedly linked with a move to the Spanish capital and is yet to commit his future to the reigning Premier League champions by signing a contract extension.

Kane, who has won England’s Golden Boot award for two consecutive years, has understandably attracted attention from a number of Europe’s elite clubs, but Real are said to doubt whether they will be able to convince him to leave Spurs.

Real were on the verge of signing De Gea from Manchester United in the summer of 2015 but the move sensationally collapsed and he has since developed into one of Jose Mourinho’s most important players.

Speaking earlier in the month, Hazard suggested he was ready to put pen to paper on a new deal at Stamford Bridge, saying: ‘I think Thibaut [Courtois] first. Then I will sign.’

De Gea, meanwhile, refused to be drawn on whether he will sign a contract extension with United. He is said to have always dreamed of playing for Real.

‘I don’t think it’s the time to start talking about the future, it’s not the time to be talking contracts,’ the Spain goalkeeper told Sky Sports.

‘We have lots of games between now and the end of the season. It’s all about getting your head down, focusing, working hard, competing in training, keeping fit and picking up points.’
