And months on, Matty J Johnson and Laura Byrne looked more loved up than ever.

Pictured laughing and cuddling up to one another, the genetically blessed couple can be seen enjoying a romantic beach date.

Laura shared the image to her Instagram account on Sunday.

The image was from the same set which she shared the day before where she gushed over a photo showcasing her reality TV star boyfriend's six-pack abs.

The pair looked loved-up as ever in the snap, as Matty J flexed his muscles to dip Laura as they posed at the beach.

Laura captioned the shot: 'The graininess of this photo is giving me anxiety but on the other hand…. abs.'

Matty J previously showed off how he keeps in shape, by uploading a photo of a gruelling workout he did while on a romantic holiday in Bali with Laura.

He performed a series of impressive gymnastics moves, with the 31-year-old drawing attention to his bulging biceps and six-pack abs.

The marketing executive placed his hand on a yoga block and uses his core strength to lift his legs off the ground.

Laura shared the moment to Instagram, gushing about the experience and how lucky she was to be beside the man of her dreams.

Matty and Laura sipped on cold beers as the tide rolled in and out, while the breathtaking sunset in the background gave the sky a pink tinge.

The couple looked relaxed and both of them were dressed for a laidback beach holiday.

Not a secret anymore! After spending months keeping their relationship a secret while The Bachelor aired on television, the pair seem to be relishing their love being out in the open
