Shocking footage has been released of the moment that an 11-year-old girl was held at gunpoint by armed police.
Honestie Hodges’s haunting screams of fear can be heard as she walks tentatively towards officers who eventually put her in the back of a police car.

They were looking for her aunt who was suspected of being involved in a stabbing in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Wednesday.
They arrived at her house and shouted at the girl to leave with her hands up.
Honestie’s mother Whitney begged the police to leave the girl alone but police told her to be quiet and stop shouting at them.
She said: ‘The whole time they are telling her to come down, I’m telling them, “She’s 11 years old. That’s my daughter. Don’t cuff her”.’
Honestie said the incident left her scared in her own house.
She said: ‘It made me feel scared and it made me feel like I did something wrong. I’m afraid to open or go near my back door because of what happened.’

Police issued a statement claiming the girl and two other women, including her mother, were detained because officers did not know whether they were suspects.
Grand Rapids Police Department spokeswoman Cathy Williams said: ‘The 11-year-old was handcuffed for a total of two minutes while she was brought back into the alley and patted down to make sure that she did not have anything dangerous on her.
Williams confirmed the Honestie was then placed in the police cruiser for about 10 minutes and later allowed to stand in the alley with her other siblings.
The women and girl were then released after the police had searched the house and did not find the suspect.
The family made an official complaint and an internal investigation has been launched.
