Inspirational burns survivor Turia Pitt and her fiancé Michael Hoskin brought their newborn son Hakavai home from the hospital on Wednesday.
And Turia, 30, gave fans an update on how the engaged couple were coping with parenthood on Thursday.
The new mother gleamed a large grin, as she said on Instagram: 'We are slightly sleep deprived but stoked!'

The newborn child was pictured snug in a blue tie-dye babywrap on the chest of proud father Michael.
The motivational speaker wrote in the upload: 'Thanks everyone for your well wishes. Mum and baby are happy and healthy (and Michael looks like the genie from Aladdin). We are slightly sleep deprived but stoked!'
Smiling from ear-to-ear, the happy duo appeared to take a selfie outside of their residence before taking a stroll with the tot.

Turia wore a white singlet and sunglasses, while her husband-to-be cut a casual figure in patterned board shorts, a pink T-shirt and black sneakers.
The tiny newborn was barely visible in the upload, fit nice-and-secure in the wrap.
Fans flooded the feed with comment of praise and adoration, writing: 'beautiful family', 'My heart swells when I see this .. How wonderful' and 'Adorable a huge congratulations, have a wonderful Christmas together'.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia in October, Turia said she already knew the kind of parent she wanted to be before her little man arrives.
She said she was determined to raise her son with the same relaxed, laid-back lifestyle she had growing up on the NSW south coast.
'[I] can't wait to do all the stuff I enjoy with him – going for a surf or a run – it's going to be so cool,' she said.
Turia and long-term love Michael announced their engagement in July 2015.
Michael proposed with a ring he bought when she was in intensive care in 2011 when she was hospitalised after being caught in a bushfire in Western Australia while she ran an ultra-marathon.
