Australian cricket star Nathan Lyon has been pictured kissing a glamorous blonde real estate agent.
The father-of-two flew to Perth, Western Australia, on Sunday ahead of Thursday's crucial third Ashes Test at the WACA so he could spend more time with the woman, Emma McCarthy.
Daily Mail Australia can exclusively reveal the pair were snapped kissing in Miss McCarthy's luxury $120,000 BMW before enjoying dinner with her parents and then spending the night together at her Mount Pleasant home.
Lyon's pre-match catch up comes just weeks after his long-term partner Melissa Waring was spotted supporting him at The Gabba Test in Brisbane with their two young children. Miss Waring, who has been with the spinner for 10 years, regularly posts happy family photos to her Instagram page.
On Wednesday, Miss Maring posted an image to her Instagram account showing the family-of-four together, captioning it: 'Can't believe it's this time of the year again! #Christmas #family.'

On Sunday, Miss McCarthy was spotted driving to Lyon's hotel, Perth's Crown Metropol, picking him up in her BMW 420i sports coupé and heading to her upmarket four-bedroom home in Mount Pleasant.
The pair stayed indoors for hours, before Miss McCarthy drove him back to the hotel.
Later in the evening they enjoyed dinner with Miss McCarthy's parents at their home, returning back to her home, where they ended up spending the night.

On Monday, Miss McCarthy drove Nathan back to his hotel and the couple were spotted enjoying another kissing session in her car before he headed back to his room and she went off to work.
An onlooker said: 'Nathan was obviously excited to see her when he first got to Perth. He was smiling as they drove away from the hotel.
'Later when he saw her again they starting kissing immediately. It was like young love, even when they stopped at red lights they had another kiss.
'They are clearly very excited to get together.'
It's understood Lyon and Miss McCarthy have been in a loving and committed relationship for over a year.
They are believed to have met at a time when Lyon 'considered himself a single man'.
But Miss Waring's public displays of support and loving posts on social media send mixed messages about the state of their apparent separation as a romantic couple.
