They are the formidably fit couple who have helped countless Australians achieve their weight loss goals.
And Michelle Bridges and partner Steve 'The Commando' Willis proved they practice what they preach when they stepped out for some grocery shopping.
The couple's fully-stocked trolley was replete with an array of healthy options including shopping bags stacked with fruit and vegetables.
You are what you eat: Michelle Bridges and partner Steve 'The Commando' Willis proved they practice what they preach when they stepped out for some grocery shopping
There was no evidence of any sneaky confections or sugary soft drinks in the couple's grocery haul, suggesting that their Christmas day would be a very health-conscious affair.
Stepping out with son Axel, one, and Steve's son from a previous relationship Jack, five, the pair cut svelte and well toned figures.
Steve went casual for the outing in a simple grey T-shirt, distressed black jean shorts and a pair of thongs.

Michelle meanwhile flaunted her trim pins in a pair of Daisy Duke-esque jean shorts and a checkered flannelette shirt, while keeping her brunette locks secured under a black baseball cap.
Don't expect Michelle to bend the rules when it comes to baked dinners and puddings over the Christmas period as she revealed one cheat day should be sufficient.
The Grinch-like advice came as Michelle appeared on Channel Seven's The Morning Show on Monday to chat about the best ways to use up all of the Yuletide leftovers.

'As a fitness guru, are you okay if we let go over Chrissy? Can we have a cheat couple of days?,' host Larry Emdur asked the former Biggest Loser star.
Without batting an eyelid Michelle replied with: 'I would say a day. A couple of days is stretching it a little,' a sentiment that was met with mock derisive laughter from Larry.
Co-host Sally Obermeder then chimed in with: 'so choose Christmas or boxing day, but not both,' before Larry admitted he wanted his Christmas cheat days to last as long as possible.

Treat time? 'As a fitness guru, are you okay if we let go over Chrissy? Can we have a cheat couple of days?,' host Larry Emdur asked the former Biggest Loser star
'I tried to drag it out from December to January,' he joked.
Standing firm on her controversial statement, Michelle continued; 'I think it's important that we all have some time off and enjoy it, but putting together some really healthy recipes, I think, on Christmas Day most people that come round you your house will be appreciative,'
A clearly dejected Larry replied succinctly with: 'most.'
